However, if we assume that the front-end programmers spoke to the back-end programmers and share ideas about valid input, weak front-end validation may reflect back-end validation. If the programmers took the Node bait and wrote their front-ends and back-ends in the same language they may even reuse the same regex for validation on both ends.
